This ceramic steins features two J.C. Leyendecker illustrations created as 4th of July covers for The Saturday Evening Post in 1934 and 1935. The main graphic, a colonist ringing the Liberty Bell, is flanked on each side by the Statue of Liberty. “Portrait of America” appears on the pewter lid, which is topped with an easel and painting of an eagle’s head. |
